This clearly is accusing. Not responding to strangers is not disrepectful.
I can imagine houndreds of people ask popular people questions all the time. So it is that popular people are also just human, and only need to reply when they want. Has nothing to do with respect. Rather with common sense.
It is not possible to respond all questions asked. But this is not a problem. Has nothing to do with your gender.
And leaders are choosen by their followers. Noone can decide to be a leader, as you do it.
