Nostream v1.22.3 released!

This version fixes a few issues regarding confirming invoices after payment and when expired.

A patch version of nostream (https://github.com/Cameri/nostream.git) has been released. Current version is 1.22.3

After the initial startup I could not stop it anymore. Had to force a shutdown. A know issue?
