It's not so good at queries given in natural text
Lycos on the other hand does a good job. Lycos > Google
askjeeves also gives some resources for guidance on median numbers. Lycos > Ask Jeeves > Google
Altavista is forwarding to Yahoo, which is actually giving decent search results
chatgpt search is confusing ...
at first i tried the magnifying glass in the upper right, and i think it did a local blog post search
then i found the way to get to chatgpt itself.
Jeeves is still alive bless his heart.
Never heard of it.
I'm literally using Google only for simple math
I tried using it a few times but it always asks me to do captcha verifications so I use startpage instead
