Great to see the newest show of John Stuart. Absolutly genious how he shows the desprate defense of the rightwing to defend Trump from Jeffrey Epstein. To say he does not know the word Enigma or beleaving he could not draw as his last believable defense 😂🥳

I used to love Jon Stewart and don't know if I can stomach him any more, but I might try.
Trump's statements and lack of action on Epstein and Israel are fracturing his base in the US (to their credit! I wish that Democrats were paying attention more to their party and its hypocrisy).
I can totally understand not everyone likes John Stuart. I really like, that he is not letting anyone getting away with silly actions. He talks publicly about everyone in the same way.
When democrats fail he calls them out. When republicans fail, he calls them out. And when MAGA fails he mocks them just the same. But people unmoral actions probably give more attack surface.
Yes, it's good that he criticizes both right and left, but his establishment bias is extreme and it was on full display especially in his interviews, which were classic "gotcha" journalism.
It's a pity, because I think he has a good mind and can be very funny.
