In switzerland Digitec directly offers refurbed everything. I think even with full warranty

Ask people locally. Find your local or European version of ebay, newegg, and mac refurbished machine websites.

Visit your local electronics store and ask.

In electronics Switzerland has been cheaper for a long time. I do not know if this is still true.
