Currently Wallet follows the client-server model and those two components are physically separated -they are two different executable files- where only the client is released with installers. In order to do what you ask, we would need to unify/melt the client and the server parts. That's not in the plans for the near future.

However, it would be easy to start releasing the server binary to allow users to start a coordinator by simply launching it by command like.
