It should be super easy to just have a script listening to a bunch of relays and replying to every one of them with a new random public key and copying their note content. It could also have a different name every time to confuse people more.

The ReplyGirl attack required some AI magic to generate the pictures and texts, so it's more expensive, but probably an overkill as just random text and picture would work the same and be even more annoying.

Yeah it took random note contents and injected random words and emojis to defeat repeated-content filters. Would probably need an ai spam algo to stop it

What about requiring biometrics before you’re able to send a message, wouldn’t that guarantee that an actual person is on the other end?

No, there is no way to guarantee that anyone is an actual person unless you verify that yourself in the flesh or you trust that someone else has verified.
