Usually, because of the generational difference, Alice could address Bob's father as "Uncle", and Bob would address Alice's father as Uncle. When asked to whom they were referring Alice or Bob would say 'He's my cousin" if related by blood, or if not and the second cousin were related through the mother, one would indicate "Its my cousin's father"
