What would happen when you spend 21 sats. What happens to the UTXO?
As long as its not redeemed back to onchain the token just circulates around without any trace or fees.
If I understand it correctly.
You could deploy a mint and only accept mainnet utxo as funding mechanism, but without lightning the multimint payments, mint swaps, and other features LN enables without paying 3000 sats for a tx to do any of these.
Then again, you do you. Maybe people want a utxo-only ecash mint. I dunno
