Can I start my own relay in a budget of $100-150?
A raspberry pie 4 a flash drive(SD card is expensive).
A cooler for pie 4( I have never used pie before, don't wanna burn my it)
Sorry for mentioning my budget but it is what it is atm.

For that amount you can host a relay for a year or so in the cloud that is more capable than a raspi.

And by cloud is it virtual private server?
