#[0] would be convenient to have a setting that allows you to automatically advertise your relays to every single relay in the known relay list. This would remove the friction of having to periodically go in and enable the feature for every new set of relays discovered.

I suppose. Many relays in the relay list are crap though, dead entries or uncontactable. When you advertise, it would take a very long time for them all to time out. So maybe we can do this work along side the work of deleting (hiding) dead relays.
