What I hate about physical labor is getting hot and sweaty. And hurting my soft computer-user hands. When I do physical labor in the cold weather with gloves, I could go all day.

My theory is that a product is successful only if it gives you superpowers. That is, the ability to do something you *already* (want to) do but “longer, faster, higher”.
