That doesn't scale, they can generate infinite new keys. There has to be at least some basic filtering on the relay side so you don't even receive these messages.

Yup! Would be great. It would also help if one could select who is able to comment on my posts. Only my followers or anyone.
You can't prevent people from commenting, but you can prevent them from commenting on a specific relay that you'll read from (which should also be where your friends will read from by default).
We just need 2 weeks to get it working.
