Go to any sun deprived country and you’ll see a bunch of sick grey metabolically deranged zombies gimping around. Go somewhere with good year round UV and a population that isn’t scared of the sun and you’ll see substantially healthier and happier populations.

Sun exposure linked to positive human health outcomes is very obviously a correct theory and there is amole evidence (anecdotal and RCT) to demonstrate this ☀️

That's why the best, richest, happiest countries are those closer to the equator where the sun is stronger, such as Congo, Rwanda, Uganda, Indonesia, Colombia and Brazil.

Cherry picking. You’re also attempting to reduce depression to a single factor when it’s multi-factorial.

Nonetheless, this depression per capita heat map actually tracks fairly well with equator proximity 😂☀️despite the fact that socioeconomic opportunity and diet play major roles in depression.
