My repos are "git clone https://git.fiatjaf.com/reponame" already. What is this adding -- aside from forcing the user to have a remote helper installed before they can clone the repo?

1. View open PRs by looking at branches with `pr/` as a prefix.

2. Submit a PR by pushing a branch with `pr/` as a prefix.

3. Reduced trust in git server as state is always signed in a nostr event.

4. Maintainers can change git servers whenever they want and users will automatically pull from the new location.

The win is more obvious if you compare it to the old form "nostr://naddr[192 chars omitted]"
