Why does sparrow have absolut timelocks enabled when doing transactions?

it seems like it follows the current block time, but why is this?

Afaik many wallets are doing this, and bitcoin core does it too. Its done to disincentivise miners from doing a reorg because they can only put the tx in the next block and not reorg the last block with your submitted tx as it wouldn't be valid? Also afaik in core like 10% of tx don't do this timelock to give some more anonset to multisig users.
