I've been banging this drum recently, but I really think that there needs to be more work on Mastodon / Nostr protocol bridges.
There's just so much more content on Mastodon, and as you mentioned, some of which are actual online businesses / brands.
I would make a correction though, as far as I know NIP-56 does allow for a few different content categories... nudity, profanity, illegal content, etc... to be marked in content reports.
