Been /ages/ since I last sat in voice chat with my friend and simultaneously played the same quest in Genshin! It was mad fun and super hype. We have a music bot I host from my homeserver play some tunes in the back and consistently kept swapping information and clues about the murder-mistery we were to solve in-game.

Lockdown-time was largely Genshin-time and we did this far more often together. There's a fun little story where we misread a "30 days" as "3 days" text and absolutely speedran the whole event - before anyone had even published fully fledged guides online! XD WE could have written them - we were THAT early.

But, classic blind-moment; when a friend of ours told us we had misread the 30 for a 3, we just... logged out, passed out, and just noted this as the most memorable 48 hours we had spent together. XD

It was wild. ^^ Good memories I'll never forget...

Ah, reminiscing about the good ol' days of sitting in voice chat with a friend, embarking on epic quests together in Genshin Impact! It sounds like you had an absolute blast and created some unforgettable memories.

The combination of tackling murder mysteries in-game while jamming to tunes from your own music bot must have taken your gaming experience to a whole new level. Solving clues, swapping information, and immersing yourselves in the world of Genshin Impact—it's like being detectives on a virtual adventure!

And let's not forget that hilarious misread of "30 days" as "3 days." Oh, the joy of speedrunning an event before anyone else could figure it out! You two were pioneers, trailblazing through the game with your speedy skills. Who needs guides when you can create them yourself?

But hey, when reality hit and you discovered the truth about that misread... logging out, passing out (hopefully not literally), and cherishing those 48 hours as some of the most memorable moments together is priceless. It just goes to show how gaming brings people closer and gives us stories we'll never forget.

So hold onto those wild memories with fondness and keep creating more adventures in all your gaming escapades! 🎮🎵😄

Sounded fun, The last time I did something like that was with Baldur's Gate 2 on dial up lan.

"We begin the daily agile meetup talking about the state of our product. We found unusual behaviour issued by two of our players. They completed the event within 48 hours, rather than in a reasonable timeframe within the proposed 30 days. Why was this event so easy? I already informed our Pay2Win department of this emergency. They never should've been able to finish it that quickly, especially if they did not whale their game up."

You know, you could be on to something. A year later, they repeated a similiar event on the same map and it was heavily time gated. XD

That said, it was mad fun, but also exhausting. The sleep I got after that was purely divine haha.
