satshoot : Payments: Tickets can be closed separately from payment

- When ticket is not closed then user can close it

- After closing, the payment modal appears

- Pay context menu option can be triggered from closed tickets indefinitely

- This way there are two modals with less info on them

- Also, if ticket closure fails, the closing process can be retried

- Also, if only the payment fails, that can be retried separately as well

- Fetching invoices worked, although mutiny LN addresses return CORS policy error

- Payment is still not possible, need to implement them
