satshoot : Payments: First working version:

- Tested with Mutiny Nostr Wallet Auth string and simple QR-code scan

- Checks for RECENT Zap receipts, validates zap receipt publisher

- Feedback with toast on which payments succeeded for sure

- Can pay any amount and can try payment any time on a closed ticket

- Still need to show payments on reputation cards
