A note id is easy to add; but before I do let's see if this is the direction we want to go. If I understand the issue correctly, Apple has said that it will, in future, not allow zaps in any form -- even in the profile.
We can completely bypass Apple's beligerence by allowing apps to send messages with payment instructions. If you send a DM to yourself, and your desktop client receives it, then the desktop _knows_ that it's you, and has the wallet connect information with which to pay the zap. So there's no custodial risk, no forgery risk, and no static from Apple. The only inconvenience is that users will have to have one and only one desktop client running at all times somewhere in the world.
