Yep, great advice far better than my previous gp offered. If you have a chronic illness, diet is key.

No fructose, reduced glucose, max 2 meals per day, exercise, reduce stress

For me who had gestational diabetes x4 and was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes with my early onset menopause, it’s more spartan. Meat, eggs, butter, salt. Wine I drink often too. Honey, nuts, and veggies sparingly.
