#asknostr should clients start filtering out notes without PoW (proof-of-work) as an anti-spam mechanism? Should they default to adding PoW to their notes? Why or why not?

There's a DVM that does this and you can make it a feed in some clients.
Thanks! I noticed nostrudel had one for Top PoW notes but it never loads for me for some reason. Other DVMs do.
I like the PoW idea. I'm surprised more clients don't implement it (I'm only aware of no strudel), and more relays don't require it.
