It sends the note to more (known) relays...

That's my non-technical explanation.

Maybe someone tech-savvy can elaborate more on it..

So in a way even if someone only want to post to A,B,C relay. I can in a way force their post to also be posted on relay D, E, F is it?

At which D, E, F relays are the relay that I choose to post on my own account
