The apparently crazy decision to restrict this year's autumn #covid19 vaccine booster programme to the over 65s or those with specific risk factors is allegedly based on cost effectiveness.

I find it hard to believe that wider rollout wouldn't be cost effective, when you consider all the time off work that covid causes.

I also see that the details of the cost-effectiveness evaluation have not been made public.

This stinks to high heaven.
