it's humourous to see this unfold. it's a vote loser for them to enact this and yet some of these politicians want it very badly. it's like an animated gif of a hand reaching to put a vote in a box but not quite so it stops short, resets and the animation starts again.
if they didn't pay attention to the negative press when Apple wanted to scan all photos for child porn then they are forgetful or stupid.
what started out as an economic bloc has now turned into something that has too much power over people's lives and wants more.
100% and it's absurd that they can simply pospone the vote knowing that it would fail in the hopes that they may succeed later. You either put something to vote and it passes or fails or you don't. EU "democratic" decision making at it's best.
