Yes, there are many English speakers on Nostr but feel free to use Japanese or English as you wish 😁, as some of the Nostr client apps like Amethyst(which I use) or Damus Purple have translations.

But since there's no algorithm other than reverse chronological, it's possible that you can miss posts if you follow a lot of people.
