Can a relay talk to other relays?

Hypothetically, if I run a relay starting today, can my relay talk to other relays to get already existing events?

It can’t unless you make it. Something like https://github.com/hoytech/strfry can sync events for you! 🐶🐾🫡

thanks for the answer. I will look into the source code of strfry to understand how it chooses which relays to sync to.
