i have to restrain myself from eating all 200g in one afternoon though

i'm on a very low carb diet, main sweet thing is milk, these taste a little sweet to me also, the pack says they have something like 15% carbohydrates in them, not sugar, mostly caramels and starches i think

seriously though, i gotta get a big stack of them next month, just need to find somewhere i can order these by the box, i think it would be quite healthy to have 100g of this stuff every day, the fats in them are amazing for your skin, similar to beef tallow
