In my opinion, the world needs more of that Bodhisattva mentality - voluntary sticking around to improve the situation of others even though you could easily disappear towards a better life.
Easier said than done but the temptation to drive off into the sunset in your lambo and forget the problems of the world must be pretty strong.
You maybe right but I don't think this will scale or attract talent that will commit long term.
