satshoot : Payments:

- Notifications arrive and are displayed on zap cards

- WoT filtering fixed to check zappee/zap requester instead of zapper(LNURL server pubkey)

- Allow payments on non-new Tickets instead of just closed Tickets

- When making a payment check the sum of the payments being above zero

- When making payment, only check payment zap receipt if payment was above zero
