My sleep was better when I was in Costa Rica. Also, any reduction in quantity didn’t affect me as much and I still felt pretty good. I suspect some kind of environmental component. 🧐

Vitamin D is an important component in good sleep. Also, physical activity.

Indeed. I supplement all year round with increase during winter months. Plan on getting place tested for mold.
