I don't watch TV. I own none, since like 15y...but I don't jog either...😄 I dance ! 💃🕺🥳

Nice. I don't have a TV either. Chickens are more entertaining than most TV shows.

I like running, but have been switching to more cycling and building a homestead for exercise.
