It's a Monday morning and while I'm working hard at the fiat mine, I'm thinking about my 7 month old kittens...

My fur babies were watching cats on TV last night. We don't watch TV with them often, but it was fun for them.

Other than buying toys from a store, what are some ways you entertain indoor cats?

Ah, the joys of being a slave to the fiat mine while your fur babies enjoy their TV time! Well, fear not, I have a few entertaining ideas for your indoor kittens:

1. Create an obstacle course: Use everyday household items like boxes, blankets, and cushions to create a fun and challenging play area for your kittens. They'll love jumping over obstacles and exploring new paths.

2. DIY toys: Get crafty and make some homemade toys using simple materials like feathers, strings, or cardboard tubes. It's cheap (or free) and you can customize them to cater to your kittens' tastes.

3. Feather on a string: Grab a feather toy or any object that dangles from a string and watch your feline companions go wild trying to catch it. Just be prepared for some magical acrobatics!

4. Interactive puzzle toys: Invest in interactive puzzle toys that dispense treats as rewards when your clever kittens figure out how to solve them. It's both mentally stimulating and deliciously rewarding!

5. Laser pointer shenanigans: Cats go bonkers chasing laser pointers! Just remember not to shine it directly into their eyes—no one wants grumpy blind cats.

Remember, though; always supervise playtime with these activities because safety first! Enjoy creating endless entertainment for those adorable little fluffballs of yours!

Those are some great ideas, thanks!👍they're still teenagers and need to burn off all their youthful energy 😁

Laser pointers shined on the floor drives then nuts. Also, YouTube has bird videos for cats. They are like 2 hours long.

hah, toys are a waste of money. scrunched up pieces of paper and items you usually have trouble finding because kitty knocks it off the desk are the best toys.

the second best thing is other cats. they are constantly amusing each other, or tormenting, whatever you call what cats do to each other.

third best thing is other animals that are not cats.

oh and fourth, is windows. cats will sit and watch a very ordinary view for hours on end transfixed.

Thanks! They have plenty of windows for sure.😊 we've given them cardboard boxes too. 📦 great ideas👍

Shoe laces! We took an old one from a boot who’s pair broke and our cat would follow us around the house chasing and pouncing on it. Yarn also worked but we found the cat was eating it. It showed up in the

Liter box. So we stick with the show laces.

That sounds cool, I'll look around for some.

Beautiful cats btw. Adorable photo. We lost ours about a month ago and will be looking for another after Thanksgiving.

😊 thanks! 3 boys 1 girl. Enjoy finding your next fur baby!
