satshoot : Profile: Loading and editing profile reworked

- UserCard: Reworked to only fetch from relays and not depend on promise-based svelte template tag

also setting currentUser profile on editing

- Init user: fetch from only relays, assign profile to currentUser

- Relays: User relays loaded from ndk pool and outbox pool relays explicitly
