paz now supports connecting to relays that use a pkarr URL (with a z-base32 encoded public key).

A while ago i wrote ssnrelay https://gitlab.com/cipres/ssnrelay and i always thought that it would be nice to have a client that could bypass DNS entirely to connect to a relay. So there it is.

I know that right now there are very few relays (or even none) that use pkarr domains, but i hope that in the future there will be many. This makes nostr even more resilient.
