Nobody forces you to use Primal. Use an actual nostr app. You know, an app that's actually working, doesn't blow it's VC on Twitter ads and one that let's you live the NIP standard instead of being a twitter clone with a custodian wallet plugged in.

I like to use primal; that makes me an atypical and less critical user, perhaps. But I need to agree with you that he is very heavy in downloading images, videos and a delay in the zaps.
They will have time to improve that. We are still in the prototype of something, even bigger, I think.
It's the best funded project on nostr and yet the worst.
Is there anything we, ordinary users, can do for internal improvements?! Because if there is no shortage of resources for qualitative expansion - lack of usability and in-loco experience; and you understand the mechanisms well. In theory, this would work perfectly if they listened to the constructive approaches.
I don't know. I deleted Primal after the shadow ban incident in '23.
There’s a great chance you’re right, because I don’t even know what shadow 23 is.
in 2023 some nostr users were "manually" shadow banned on Primal after Semisol found a way to easily trick their bullshit trending algo. The rushed solution was shadow banning a bunch of accounts from being displayed on Primal.
That alone is enough reason for me to not use (or trust) Primal.
