Woke up to a friend's call informing me that he'll be homeless from the July 27. He pretty much lost his existence during the 2020 pandemic and the two years after that and has been in a program for "people in extreme life situations" from the Bavarian Government since last year which was up for renewal. TODAY he received the notification that the Bezirk Oberbayern is NOT extending the extension has been denied and therefore he's to vacate his apartment by July 27, in TWO weeks.

There is no social housing available in this area. He submitted his application for a "Wohnberechtigungsschein" (social housing) last year already and hasn't received a response from the city because like stated, there is no social housing. Thus, he's literally going to be homeless, with no perspective, no housing, no money. Abandoned.

Sorry but WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK is going on in this country?

This shows us how bad things really are. Meanwhile Olaf is sending more money to the Ukraine while spending more of the people's money on weapons to also ship them to the Ukraine. At the same time people wonder why the far right has gained so much traction in Germany and why radical attacks on migrants are increasing across the country. It's 1930's all over again.

There is no cheap housing. We're need over 900 new housing units in Germany and rent has gone through the roof in most places. I'll update on this over the next days.

He's currently looking into filing a complaint with the social court Munich..if accepted they can't do anything until the court has decided on the case which would be after their summer break.

Also, can your friend rebuild his "existence"? Could we somehow help him over nostr to earn money and earn back his "existence"?

That's a kind thought, thank you. But money isn't so much the problem, I can help with that. The problem is that they gave him two weeks notice with a massive lack of housing. I went to his place earlier on to talk to him and from what I've gathered by reading the documents this could be a case for the social courts. So we digged up the contact information for the court in Munich and he's contacting them for advice and to file a complaint.

If the complaint gets accepted they can't do anything until the court has decided over his case and they're going into summer break next week. This would be ideal for now as it frees up time for him to orientate himself.

Aaaa, I see. So basically the problem is the lack of time and the housing market.

Another option could be an airbnb. There are landlords also offering longer-term airbnbs. Not ideal, not that cheap, but easier to get.

I hope the social complaint works!

That's a nice gesture from you but money doesn't fix the housing issue or I could help him myself. I just checked rentals for this area. There is 4 flats/apartments listed from 1,400€ upwards.

You could. I doubt you would spend the people's money on weapons for Ursi or to finance everything you can think of abroad just not at home. I don't think many people could lead the country worse than Olaf does. He's a WEF puppet like all the other c..ts
