The op prank would be to do that, open the browser window, take a screenshot, and also set the background as the screenshot.

They'll click all day trying to close a window that's not.

Ooh ooh I've got one better. Turn the screenshot upside down, set the background, then rotate the display upside down. Now the screen looks right side up with permanent meatspin AND now the mouse is inverted.
