I can expect the Safelite tech to show up any time in the next five hours. The military side of me gets very pissed off about a five hour service window. I expect to be given an exact time and then have you show up ten minutes early.
5 hours is probably enough time to learn how to change a windshield on your own.

Sure it does, the guy that installed it is responsible for fixing it, for the rest of his life.
