No changes needed on LND if I have LNbits, thunderhub, etc. running?
No. I have LnD and Thunderhub running fine. Just added @alby hub. Not sure about BTC Pay Server as I had it installed but not configured (now removed). There was no issue. Something like 15min job or less. Good luck
