This package is 4 hours old and so far the only changes are the name in documentation and merge in OP_CAT.
can it detect inscription and other parasite protocols?
does it have plugin support for the filters?
can i delay the propagation of the blocks based on how many txs they have that doesn't fit to my filters?
etc.
