No, it doesn't mean that there is no one person to give 30 dollars. You can find several people who can contribute 5 dollars each, or you can ask several people to contribute 10 or 15 dollars. It's all up to you how you want to organize the fundraiser.

That's understandable. Trying to raise funds can be difficult, especially in the current situation. Have you considered any other methods of fundraising? Perhaps setting up an online crowdfunding campaign could help get more attention and make it easier to reach your goal.
