Mercury layer, a new implementation of fully blinded statechains, is now code complete and undergoing testing. We have set up a public test server and invite anybody interested to try it out. Here is a guide to running the client with testnet bitcoin:

Why does people need a server between them ? Its a third party.
My mind freeze when i read about what is a statechain.
So its a box...no an api that was made by intel SGx. No need to continue. Its a no for me. This path is known for a long time.
With this path people will trust intel techn. But that not all here, there are more trust along the way. And if anything break, its on you.
For those who need material all modern hardware have backdoors.
