Dilution is the name of his game. Don’t they just sell them ATM to the open market? This is why the price keeps dumping because he keeps increasing supply.
As a very small shareholder I have 2 choices.
Sell at a loss or trust that the guy has his shareholders interests at heart.
I'm betting on the latter but I'm certainly going to be more careful about making fiat bets in the future.
