Made some changes to the #OSINT agent script.

Now filters results in an actor-based format (country or topic -> keywords) and the output has been simplified for direct publishing to nostr. The keyword cfg has been extended as well. I'll add the current list to the bottom of this note and happy to receive suggestions in the comments to track additional topics.
