Sweet dirt 😂🤷♀️. Unless they're cooked. Does the soapy taste translate to carrots?
To me parsley and carrot taste very similar when eating leaves.
I'm trying to think if I've eaten carrot tops. Italian parsley/flat leaf isn't as bad as the curly.
Carrot greens are pretty alright sorta.
I’ll eat em in a salad, if I’m eating fresh carrots. 🥕
