200gr high% chocolate melt au bain marie

-Whip 3 egg yolks w 50 gr sugar till foamy

-Beat 3 egg white till stiff peaks

-Whip up 150ml of whipcream

Add chocolate to egg yolk mix

Add whipcream mix

Fold in egg whites

Divide the mixture put in fridge for 3h+

Enjoy 💜
