Beautiful thing about Nostr is you can choose not to follow vapid posters like that… and they can follow each other if they want a fluffy feed- that’s their right. I don’t see these types of posts as top zapped or trending often.
I’m also not sure if there’s currently a better way to form fresh interactions with non-followers than hashtags at the moment- but I’m all ears.
