Thats kind of what im wondering, until we do what el Salvador did do we as bitcoin users really operate with “sovereignty” or is it a sham?

It's not so discrete as true/false. It's a spectrum. One metric to measure your sovereignty that may be useful is how easy it is for you (and your family, if applicable) to relocate to a different country with minimal disruption.

How do we know when its really tested or under attack, what i mean earlier is we have laws and authorities as tribes to make sure our sovereignty isnt under attack or taken away. So what is the equivalent with doing it digitally and so on.
